Harlo’s Cocktails N’ Dreams Professional Bartending School is family owned and operated. Established in April 2011 by Harlo himself with the help of his long time girlfriend and fiancé, they turned his dream into reality. Working in the Bar/Restaurant industry himself for a number of years, he decided with his skills and knowledge he could educate the public on becoming bartenders. Prior to owning his own school located in Oceanside he had opened one a number of years ago in the Santa Barbara area. Also working under another Bartending school owner once moving to San Diego he noticed he didn’t like the way the owner was managing his own business and the lack of proper education of the graduates. With this in mind and his drive to want to do better he invested his life-savings into a Professional Bartending School of his own. With Dominique Requejo being his Job Placement Assistant and managing the business, together they have taking the Bartending School industry by storm. Between their experience, professionalism and “new school” drink knowledge it’s only a matter of time before they become the premiere Bartending school in San Diego. |
